The 101 Mobility Showroom · Bensalem, PA
Our founder Dave Myers has stood on one principle for 17 years, "No one should spend thousands of dollars without knowing if they have the right solution." That philosophy is what led us to build our Bensalem showroom. The only one of its kind on the East Coast, a best-in-class space where all our major products are set up, working, and ready for a test drive. How will a stairlift feel on your first ride up? Will a lift chair fit the way you sit? Those questions are all answered best in person.
Walk-ins welcome. Mon–Fri 8:30 AM–5:30 PM · Sat 10 AM–2 PM
Every model on the floor works1Stairlifts
Does your staircase run straight to the top, or does it turn at a landing?
Find the right model to fit your needs, including extra weight capacity, power swivel, and folding rail options.
Six straight-rail models from Bruno, Savaria, and Handicare are installed on real steps. Compare seat comfort, swivel controls, and weight capacity side by side, then ask which one suits your home.
Explore straight stairlifts
Four curved stairlifts are mounted on turning staircases, so the ride around a bend can be felt for yourself. Because each curved rail is built for one staircase, seeing it first really matters.

2Home elevators
Have the stairs started deciding which floors of your home you use?
Four working elevators, including through-floor lifts, can be ridden during your visit. It’s the easiest way to understand the footprint and the ride before you commit to a project this size.
Your consultant can walk you through space requirements, power, and what installation involves, for homes and commercial properties alike.

3Lift chairs
Does getting out of your favorite chair take more effort than it used to?
Our lift chair section is stocked with Golden Technologies recliners in a range of sizes, fabrics, and lift positions. Sit in a few, try the hand controls, and feel the gentle rise to standing.
Fit is everything with a lift chair, and it’s judged far better in person than from a photo online.

4Bath safety
Is the bathroom the room you worry about most?
Grab bars and ShowerBuddy shower chairs are displayed the way they’d be set up at home. Placement, grip, and height are demonstrated by your consultant, so it’s easier to picture what would work in your own bathroom.

5Patient care room
Are you helping a loved one move between the bed, a chair, or the bathroom?
Our patient care room holds overhead ceiling lifts, portable patient lifts, and hospital beds. Transfers are demonstrated step by step, and you’re welcome to try the controls yourself.
Less strain on your back, and more dignity for the person you care for.
