THE TECHNICIAN WAS PROMPT AND FAST. HE EXPLAINED EVERYTHING . MY HUSBAND THINKS IT’S THE GREATEST. HE IS SORRY HE DID NOT GET THE STAIR LIFT MONTHS AGO. ALSO I HAVE USED IT TO GET HEAVY THINGS UP THE STAIRS THAT I WOULD STRUGGLE TO GET UP BEFORE. THANKS, [NAME REMOVED]

The serviceman who recently repaired our lift was outstanding. He was personable, competent and very instructive on steps we could take to better maintain the equipment. It’s rare on a service call to say that you actually enjoyed have the repair man in your home

Service providers are very friendly and willing to adjust to customer requests. Punctuality was questionable a few times; i.e., didn’t show up when they said they would be here. Contract was signed in March but not finished until July. However this may be typical for this type of installation. I have no comparison. In any event it didn’t cause us any stress- we were in no hurry.

The service I received as I was looking for the best ramp tor my wife’s electric scooter was great. We considered the various options and, ultimately, settled on one that works fine in our household. The only thing that might have been more helpful would have been to have me draw a diagram of the dimensions and location at which I wanted to use the ramp and then, based on that diagram, I could have been guided more quickly and thoroughly through the various options that would have accommodated our needs. When I first called, a polite and informative gentleman helped me, and I later found out he was the owner. I called many other companies, and only reached one personally. That one company wanted more money for an inferior product.The others I left messages for and none of them ever called me back! I decided to go with 101 for obvious reasons, but was even more impressed when I had contact with other 101 staff who were just as reliable and professional. I would not hesitate to recommend 101 to anyone I know. Thank you for making the process of getting a life installed in my home for my aging mother so easy during a very difficult time.

Dependable and affordable

Product malfunction and they were right on it to try a fix, and an ultimate replacement.

The product is very sturdy. The service men who came to install the chair lift had great knowledge of the product and were quite efficient. When I had a problem with the product, the repair men know how to fix the problem.

The repair man new his job and was very polite and well groomed.

Product is very competitive. It fits great in the stairs. 101 Mobility did a great job installing and training. I would highly recommend them.

Andrew was wonderful! Knew what he was doing, was very respectful and patient with the clients, made sure they were comfortable with the equipment before he left. Very ethical in that he didn’t push an upgrade until he was sure it was needed. Would recommend without any reservations.

Service was great!! You worked me in very last minute and were able to get our van back up and running within a few hours. It was very important to us, since our van is my special need son’s primary source of transportation.

I was most impressed by the courteous language and tome of the personnel with whom I spoke and also the very friendly way the technician handled hjimslelf . he was friendly but not pushy or overly aggressive. Professional is the best way tp describe him.

Very customer service oriented company. All personnel that I worked with to meet our ramp needs were very knowledgeable and responsive. Install went as planned and they worked to meet my date requirement. Having a rental option available was the exactly what we wanted as we do not expect our health condition to be long-term. They were able to give me an idea of cost with my first call and their estimate was within $200 of the final price. A great customer experience from a company that practices “old time” customer service from yesteryear. Try them you will not be disappointed!
